4. Ordering, Pricing & Availability

5. Payments

6. Pickup & Delivery
In-Store Pickup
Orders must be picked up by the verified purchaser.
ID verification is mandatory.
Once the product leaves the store, the sale is final.
Local Delivery (Third-Party Services)
Delivery may be fulfilled by DoorDash or other third-party delivery partners.
Golden Grams Mobile does not control delivery drivers, routes, or delivery timing once an order is dispatched.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
ID verification is required at delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of smoke, vape, and consumable products:

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Third-Party Delivery Orders
All DoorDash or third-party delivery orders are non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued only at Golden Grams Mobile’s sole discretion and only in rare cases such as:
Verified delivery failure
Order never received
Major device defect confirmed upon delivery
Consumables (e-liquids, disposables, pods, coils) are never eligible for return or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse service to remain legally compliant.
